2 Zucchini
5 T Olive Oil
1 Paleo Pizza dough recipe
2 cups Almond Meal
2 eggs (whisked)
2-3 tsp EVOO
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
Thyme, Salt & Pepper
Combine all ingredients for dough recipe in large bowl. Mix until combined and roll out dough into spring form pan.
Roll out dough into spring form
Slice Veggies – Roll around the edge of the pan until you get to the center, alternating
Sprinkle with oil, salt, pepper & thyme
Cook at 350 for 30 Minutes
